Meet Kristen

Kristen brings 25 years of professional experience across entertainment (Creative Artists Agency, Miramax), technology (Yahoo, LiveRamp), and media (IDG Communications). She founded Brightside Team Coaching in 2020 after recognizing a pattern across every organization: unresolved internal friction quietly undermining productivity, trust, and morale.

She holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and has completed hundreds of hours of training in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching and Co-Active methodology through CRR Global and the Co-Active Training Institute.

Kristen has lived and worked internationally, including three years in Brazil where she became conversational in Portuguese and built a coaching practice serving Brazilian and international clients. She has facilitated team coaching engagements across the US and abroad.

Outside of coaching, Kristen is an avid rock climber, kitesurfer, and yoga practitioner. She built both the Brightside and Carioca Coaching websites herself—the latter featuring her original photography from Brazil.
